Its location was favourable, near to Merida, shops and restaurants, and town center. It also was specially in eating area. I enjoyed the room, the bed was exceptionally comfortable...

Incredibly beautiful hotel, spotless rooms, staff is very kind. They serve lots of meals, the food I tried was excellent. If in Merida again will choose the place for future trips.

The value for money at Wayam was excellent, with spacious and comfortable rooms. The location was great, within walking distance to beautiful areas like Paseo de Montejo, and the staff provided exceptional service.

Breakfast items could be improved by offering a separate area for guests with reservations.

The location turned out to be particularly good, close to Mexique and the restaurant and the City Center. In the evening we went to El Arbol, located at a short distance from the hotel. Our a double room was decorated in the comfortable design. The breakfast was served in the restaurant.

The hotel is stunningly beautiful, its rooms are stylish and it has amicable staff. They have a huge variety of meals to choose from, the food is excellent. I just need to say thank you very much, would love to come back here some time.

I liked this absolutely great hotel. There were climate control, multi-channel TV, and a mini fridge bar in my junior suite. Its bathroom was best.

The staff were not very friendly, didn't expect that coming.

The most very helpful and superbly friendly staff I ever met. The private parking was onsite, great service. They offered ironing at no cost too.

The staff at Wayam Mundo Imperial were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. From the moment I checked in, they made me feel welcome and ensured I had everything I needed. The spacious suite I stayed in was beautifully designed and had all the amenities I required. I particularly enjoyed the innovative dishes at the hotel restaurant and the amazing cocktails they served. The pool and bar area were also quite enjoyable, providing a relaxing space to unwind. Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as the ironing board size and lack of instructions for the A/C controls, I had a fantastic experience overall. The hotel's attention to detail in customer service could be improved, but I believe they will continue to grow and enhance their services. The location, although slightly away from the main area of the city, allowed me to explore more of Merida, which was a pleasant opportunity. I highly recommend Wayam Mundo Imperial for a memorable and enjoyable stay. I'll definitely recommend this hotel.
